I stayed 2 nights and would stay here again when visiting Australia. Appreciated spending my time in this fairly clean brand-new hotel. - Fantastic location in general. - Competent staff at the reception desk. - Plus the property was close to restaurants and a stadium.

Loved the superior king room we had on level 4. The location was PERFECT, right by the train station and the bus station as well as the restaurant for breakfast. It also was very close to bus terminal.

The staff is very helpful and excellent and the atmosphere is comfortable. Make sure you stay in the single room on level 4. It's great-sized with a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating...

A little limited breakfast, it should be better.

It's conveniently located in front of a tram station, and quick bites at Salsas Fresh Mex Grill are just a 5-minute walk away. the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant is sensational, with a solid spread.

The room was absolutely stunning with a modern bathroom and fresh towels. Convenient option to leave my car onsite. - Great location close to trams, regional trains, Spencer St train station, Melbourne CBD, Melbourne Airport.

Everything in the hotel is brand new and spotlessly clean, which added to the overall positive experience. the location was ideal for train travel, and having direct access to factory outlet shopping across the road was a bonus. the breakfast was excellent, and the chocolate buffet was a delightful treat. the hotel provides an indoor pool to enjoy, along with the option to visit the sauna or hot tub.
